MEDIA RELEASE AND WAIVER
Media Day

Each team is given a designated time slot to take photos. If players miss Media Day, there will be no makeup date afterward.

Each team has a 15-minute time slot to take pictures in the gym with the photographer.

GAME PLAY AND PRACTICES

A few camp-style training sessions will be allocated during the pre-season.

Regular Season Gameplay

​6 regular games minimum with playoff tournament

4 x 8-minute quarters, stopped time at the last minute of each quarter.

4 timeouts per game, 2 per half
