Who are we?
Bahrain Elite Basketball is a first-of-its-kind house league program first with a player development program attached that gives more kids and youth in the community of Bahrain an opportunity to play more organized basketball. We take pride in being an inclusive league that is open to all players in the region, and we take pride in giving our youth a professional NBA-like feel in a recreational-style league.
Why the name Elite?
We believe everything should done with excellence in the quality, experience, program and organization of everything we do. We expect this from all of us and strive to have the best run program for all our athletes, participants, players and families.

We are on a mission to change the basketball culture in Bahrain and give more opportunities to allow players to experience basketball and showcase the depth of talent from the: players, coaches and young people in Bahrain. There are so many locals and expats here invested in our community and we want to show the world of the talent that exists on this island. Our program is Elite because we are for the community by the community.
What makes us different?
We are not a simple basketball training academy or a club, like other existing basketball programs in the country, nor do we ever wish to identify as one. We believe kids in the kingdom do not play enough organized games, and school leagues in the region do not give enough meaningful opportunities and experiences for kids to play games, compete and grow as athletes.
There are too many programs just offering training. What is the point of investing so much money and time in training when you do not get a chance to test your skills and see how much you have learned and grown as a player? That is why we created the first open house league program that allows all players to showcase their skills and play organized games with a chance to improve their skills and game by playing and competing.
We are the first house league program in hopes of developing and showcasing the talent in the kingdom. Our league is unique because we are not exclusive in any way and accept players from all backgrounds and abilities to play basketball and compete while having fun.
